MOSSMAN SPRING SUMMER 2019 COMPETITION

• The promoter is: Mossman Clothing [Blue Investments (Vic) Pty Ltd] whose registered office is at Unit 11/36 Sabre Drive, Port Melbourne VIC 3207.
• Employees of Mossman Clothing or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition are not permitted to enter the competition.
• Entry is open to Australian and International residents.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via the Mossman website mossman.com.au
• Competition commences at 9am AEST on Monday 19 August 2019 and ends at 11.59pm AEST Sunday 25 August 2019. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

• The winner will be chosen at random. 
• Entrants only can enter once. 
• Entrants who have already subscribed to the Mossman database will be automatically be entered in the competition.

Prize details: 

There will be one winner selected. Winner will receive a $1000 e-voucher valued at AUD $1000.00 (valid for 12 months). The e-Voucher may only be redeemed online via www.mossman.com.au

• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 
• Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 
• The winner will be notified via email on Monday 26 August 2019. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
