AUSTRALIAN ORDERS


SHIPPING TERMS

Mossman do not accept responsibility for your item after it has left our premises. 

To ensure secure delivery, we recommend all customers select the 'Registered' postage option which means your parcel will require a signature upon receipt. If you will not be at home during delivery hours, please choose an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. 

Alternatively, you can select ‘Free Express’ at the checkout and your parcel will be left at the delivery address. Please check all of your details carefully before placing your order.  Supplying incorrect details may cause delays to your order and cannot always be amended. 

If you notice any errors once your order has been placed, please inform us via email at [email protected] as soon as possible.

$9.95 for orders under $100.
FREE for orders over $100.

Delivery between 3 to 5 business days to all metro and selected rural areas.

EXPRESS DOMESTIC SHIPPING

$12.95 for orders under $250.
FREE for orders over $250.

Next business day delivery to all metro and selected rural areas

REGISTERED EXPRESS SHIPPING
$9.95 on orders over $250.
$19.95 on orders under $250.

Next business day delivery to all metro and selected rural areas with signature required on delivery.

$9.95 - PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers & Parcel Collect Points

Please note a handling fee of $9.95 will be applied at checkout to any order with a PO box, parcel locker or collection point address.

For same day dispatch please place your order before 1pm AEDT. For registered express shipping if a successful delivery cannot be made, your parcel will be held at your local Australia Post Office for collection. For other orders if someone is not available to receive your delivery, your parcel will be left at the premises. We take no liability for the security of your parcel. For maximum security we recommend using a delivery address where someone will always be available to receive your parcel during business hours.

Three Hour Delivery (Melbourne Only)

Receive your order within three hours of purchase, in partnership with Rendr. Available to customers in select Melbourne metro areas for orders placed before 2pm AEST. Price will be calculated for eligible customers at checkout upon entering your shipping address. Please note: there must be someone available at the specified address to sign for your delivery until 5pm on the day of delivery. Unfortunately same day delivery is not available to PO Boxes.

*Please note we do not accept responsibility for any delays caused by external factors/third parties. Australian shipping times are provided by Australia Post/ Startrack and can vary depending on shipping location and other external factors.

Please check all your details carefully before placing your order. Once your order has been placed we are unable to amend or cancel the order. Supplying incorrect details may cause delays to your order or incur additional charges for which Mossman accept no responsibility. 

Every country has various regulations regarding the duties and taxes on the importation of commercial goods. In some circumstances where an order exceeds a specified value this may result in additional duties and taxes charged. Any customs and duties taxes/charges are to be paid at the responsibility of the customer. These costs are calculated upon checkout in addition to your shipping fee. We suggest you contact your local customs office for queries relating to this.

Any international orders where duty has been charged at checkout and a customer return is requested; will not have duties refunded and customer will need to contact their local customs office to have these duties refunded.
