What is Mossman Insider?

Mossman Insider is our Loyalty programme, designed to give you exclusive access to the world of Mossman, including rewards, offers and benefits.


How much does it cost to join?

It’s free to join with no ongoing subscriber fees

 

How do I become a Mossman Insider?

Simply create an online Mossman Insider account here. Once you have created your account, you will be able to save your details for a faster checkout, access your purchase history and begin to enjoy all the rewards associated with your Insider tier


How do I earn points?

You can earn points with each purchase; 1 point for each $1 of spend on products on mossman.com.au. You can also earn additional points by following us on various social media platforms, adding your birthday details and completing our online fit quiz.


How do I use my points?

Your points are used to calculate your Insider tier. Each tier offers various benefits and rewards, from $ off a purchase to added complementary products, early access to sale events, lower free shipping thresholds and more.


Can I use multiple rewards on one order?

No, unfortunately you can only use one Reward per online order.


When do my points expire?

Your current points expire on your anniversary date. Your anniversary date is one year from the date you joined Mossman Insider, or the date you changed tiers, whichever is later.


How long do I maintain my tier status?

A full year. Once you have a tier status, that will remain active for 12 months, unless your spend levels qualify you for a step up to the next tier, at which point you will be notified via email of your new tier. That will then be active for 12 months from the date you entered that tier.


What do you do with my personal information?

Any information you provide to us is used only by Mossman to save your purchase history, calculate your Insider tier and therefore what rewards you are entitled to receive, and to send you marketing communication regarding new product releases and promotional events. It is not given, sold or transferred to any other party.


Can I use my Insider account at the Mossman store?

At the moment, the Mossman Insider programme is for online customers only. We are working on expanding the programme to include in-store transactions as well, but this will be launched at some point in the future.
